It is the dawn of October in 2008 C.E., and while in the process of
updating 2007’s web-page; I've decided to be a little proactive for what will
be for this year’s piece of my amateurish-Halloween-anti-glory-site. By having
this initial page up and running; I hope make my request’s in about mid-October
for image taking opportunities at various institutions and establishments of
the Ann Arbor area more believable in both implementation and benign intent.

These retrospectives began originally as a courtesy of passing along
the images, via the internet, I took over the course of the Halloween holiday
(and it akin manifestations) in the Ann Arbor, Michigan area. Then with the
apparent novelty of this effort, the thanks and later on encouragement from the
general public on a local and then global scale -- has spirited me on every
year to create new additions for each and every other passing year for the
better part of this decade.
This year I’m endeavoring for a more organized means of collecting
images. I’m going to request that involves more them casually walking up to
somebody and asking for their image at various events. I’d like to “set up
shop,” so to speak, and take images so as not to bother others about my
Halloween Holiday effort. So far, the only bother I think I’ve inflicted
has been encouraging a Devils Night party on Monroe Street.
At this point and time, I have no real plans as of now. With time
and weather permitting, I hope those traditional events such as Thayer Street
(if their even throwing a Halloween Party?), Nu Sigma Nu and others, will allow
me back? Time will be tight since Halloween will be on a Friday this year. With that being stated, I intend to be active
on the October days of the 24th, 25th, 30th and of course, the 31st
– for images taking opportunities at present.
